We lived in Derby for 25 years before moving to Florida. Brad and the gang at D&B have always been honest with us when we needed work done on our cars. My mother is still there and continues to use them. Recently we had to purchase a new vehicle for her and Brad was amazing helping us get the new vehicle checked out. It's difficult when you aren't right there, but they went above and beyond in the Service Department!!! They are honest and really good people! When you need something done or help they always go the extra mile! They really treat you like family and knowing we have Brad there to help my mother and watch over her cars helps us to sleep better at night. It's a great business!

Appointment was made one week in advance the shop got the car right in as scheduled. The correctly diagnosed the problem and called with estimate on the cost for repairs and requested approval to fix. The vehicle was repaired the same day and the total invoice was less than the estimate. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I would give them an A plus rating based on my experience and will definitely be a return customer.

I have had brake repair and oil change service at D&B Service Center. On both visits I was treated in a timely and professional manner. The service estimate was very accurate with no surprises.
